What is the cost of the ARO?
Given the benefits, you might expect ARO™ to cost more than standard management. In fact, there's no premium: costs are equivalent to 15% + VAT, plus 3.75% for our Landlord Rent Guarantee. You receive 12 months' guaranteed rent upfront, with void protection at no extra cost.
ARO™ isn't a loan — it's your rent, just earlier. There are no borrowing costs, no additional debt and no impact on your credit rating.

Our in-house rent guarantee forms part of our Primary Tenancy™ business model and ensures that you keep your upfront rent, even if the tenant does not pay theirs.
Void Protection
Although we offer you a one-year fixed-term structure, tenants can still leave by giving two months' notice at any time. We have therefore included void protection to ensure that if this happens, you remain protected.*
Legal Protection
In the event that a tenant needs to be evicted, we take responsibility for managing the process and covering the legal costs. The cost of eviction can be significant — not just in legal fees, but in lost rent and potential damage — so this protection is invaluable if things go wrong.*
