The Advanced Rent Option (ARO™) is a service for landlords that offers quality property management along with guaranteed full market rent paid up to a year in advance — at no extra cost. Available in England and Wales for new and existing tenancies.
ARO™ was launched in 2018 by Simon Shinerock, the founder of Choices Estate Agents. It's based on the proprietary Primary Tenancy™, an approach developed by Shinerock in 2008 — originally as a way of offering landlords a direct rent guarantee without relying on insurance.
Over time, it has evolved into a fully developed property management model that we believe represents the future of the industry. The ARO™ is simply one of the most powerful benefits of that model.
